Falafel with Chickpea, Cumin & Coriander
A classic, Middle-Eastern dish made with chickpeas, and a hint of spice – these falafel balls are perfect served with a cooling yoghurt dip, as part of a mezze platter, or enjoyed in a delicious, warm flatbread.
Cooking Instructions from Frozen
Pre heat grill to medium. Remove all packaging. Place sausages under grill for 15-18 minutes, turning regularly.
Pre heat oven to 200oC /Fan 180oC /Gas 6. Remove all packaging. Place sausages onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 12 minutes.
