Vegetarian Sausage Hotdog
You can’t go wrong with our veggie hotdog!
- 8 x Goodlife Leek & Caerphilly Glamorgan Sausages with Wholegrain Mustard
- Tomato Chutney
- 600g Sweet Potato
- 8 x Hotdog Buns
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper to taste
How to make:
- Cook the sausages according to the instructions on the back of back
- Preheat the oven to 180c/Gas Mark 6
- Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into wedges
- Lightly toss in a little oil, paprika and freshly ground salt and pepper
- Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven, and cook for around 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve the sausages in a hotdog bun with some tomato chutney
