Homemade Garlic Infused Oil
Garlic… great for your ❤️ but not for your breath. To celebrate National Garlic Day, we’ve tried our hand at making homemade garlic infused oil and it’s sooo good! Perfect in salads, for roasting veg and poured on bruschetta for instant garlic bread.
- 300ml of rapeseed oil
- 1 bulb of garlic
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- Peel the garlic cloves and heat in the oil with the rosemary at a gentle simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and cover and leave to cool completely.
- Strain off the garlic and rosemary and pour the mixture into a sterilised bottle. Return the rosemary sprig to the bottle for an optional decoration.
