Mushroom & Spinach Kiev with a Creamy Garlic and Cheese Sauce
A twist on the classic garlic chicken kiev, this vegetarian kiev is the perfect mid-week pick-me-up. Earthy mushrooms and tender spinach are beautifully combined to make a kiev oozing with a creamy garlic and cheese sauce, then coated in a crunchy seeded breadcrumb – and yes, it tastes as good as it sounds!
Remove from packaging. Always cook from frozen.
To Oven:
Pre heat oven to 200°C /Fan 180°C /Gas 6. Place kievs onto an oiled baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
