Tomato & Mozzarella Sausages with a Hint of Basil
Sweet chopped tomatoes, juicy half cherry tomatoes and crunchy red pepper are combined with some basil and creamy mozzarella to create a mouth-watering vegetarian sausage. A firm family meal favourite when paired with mash and onion gravy or sweet potato wedges. Weeknights made easy!
Cooking Instructions from Frozen
Pre heat grill to medium. Remove all packaging. Place sausages under grill for 16-18 minutes, turning regularly.
To Pan Fry
Pre heat 10ml of oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Remove all packaging, add sausages to the pan and fry over a medium heat for 15 minutes, turning frequently.
Pre heat oven to 200oC /Fan 180oC /Gas 6. Remove all packaging. Place sausages onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 20 minutes.
Wait until coals have turned white. Remove all packaging. Brush each sausage with a little oil and cook for 16-18 minutes, turning frequently but carefully.
