The Falafel is a classic, middle eastern dish made with chickpeas, onions, parsley and a hint of spice. These plant-based falafel balls are perfect served with a cooling yoghurt dip, as part of a mezze platter, or enjoyed in a delicious, warm flatbread. How to cook
Cooking instructions from frozen
To grill:
Pre heat grill to medium. Place falafels under grill for 12 minutes, turning regularly.
To oven cook:
Preheat oven to 200ºC /Fan 180ºC /Gas mark 6. Remove all packaging. Place your GoodLife Falafels onto a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 15 minutes.
All appliances vary. These are guidelines only. Check food is piping hot before serving. Do not re-heat.
